My wife and I moved here from Czechoslovakia several years ago.  We've been very lucky that we both have jobs working for Levi & Straus Company, so we've been able to establish ourselves here.  We bought a small town home condomium and we've now outgrown it.  We made a decision that we needed to move into something larger.  As we were exploring the market place, we found that what was available was just not affordable.  That's when we met Bruce Mack, our savior. My wife and I have been looking for a house for almost a  year and we weren't having any luck due to the sky rocketing prices of houses in the Green Valley area.  We were just about ready to give up and stay in our small two bedroom town home, which was too small for our family, but we could afford it.  Just by luck we found a Mack Group home and called Bruce.  The house had just gone on the market; although we had not seen the interior of the house, it was the right size, in the right location and in our price range.  We could tell by the exterior that the house had been abused and needed lots of work.  We were willing to compromise because it was in our price range.  I figured I could fix anything in time!  Bruce gave me a price, which seem low even for a house that needed a lot of work, so I offered $5,000 more just so somebody wouldn't out bid us, like so many times before.  Bruce told me not to worry and that all we had to do was qualify.  We were qualified and bought the house at the original price.  I know from experience that Bruce could have sold the house for a lot more; even in its poor condition.  By the closing date the house was ready, as promised, not only ready, but it looked brand new.  We could not believe our eyes, new carpet, new tile, painted and new appliances; I could go on and on!!  My wife and children could not believe that were finally getting our own home especially in such good condition; we did not have to compromise!  I never expected the type of quality and friendly service we have received from the staff at The Mack Group.  Bruce even offered to help sell my existing town home.  I didn't need his help because my mother and brother sell real estate.
